Visiting hours
Visiting hours are from 11:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00 hours, subject to change and restriction by medical order.
Visiting patients
For the patients’ well being, only up to three people are allowe to be in the room at a time during visiting hours. If a family member stays with the patient overnight, please inform the nursing staff so that they can prepare the couch at no extra charge for the patient. The general and semi private rooms don't provide this service. During your visiting time you should not be disruptive, you should speak softly, and behave decently, preserve and not damage hospital property.
Personal items
If you wish, you may keep in your room the necessary items for your personal hygiene, lounge clothes and slippers. If applicable, you may also have the clothes your newborn will wear after being discharged from the Hospital.
Flowers
You may receive flower bouquets at the Hospital’s front desk, and then they’ll be taken to your room. At night, flowers must be removed from your room.
Recommendations
We discourage bringing children under the age of twelve to the hospital, since the Health Ministry regulations don’t allow access to hospitalization areas to children under this age.
For the patients’ health and safety, you are not allowed to bring into the hospital: medicine, food, drinks, medical supplies, bedding items, electric or electronic appliances (including still and video cameras), pets, or any kind of weapons.
The meal service is only for the patients. Family members can eat at the Hospital cafeteria, where they’ll find quality food, since our kitchen is certified and supervised by the "H" Award.
