To obtain your medical accreditation you are required to provide the following information:

Medical degree
Specialist university diploma
Specialist institutional diploma
Professional license
Professions registry for the State of Chihuahua

Two recent passport photographs.
•
Certification and recertification diplomas by the specialty’s board.
