To obtain the nursing certification you require the following:

•	Being registered
•	Nursing degree
•	Professional license
•	Post technical courses diplomas
•	Practice proof
•	Certificate o specialty proof
•	Monographic courses proof (3 years)
•	Moral ethical endorsement
•	Government-issued ID
•	Payment receipt
•	Resume (a sheet of paper)
•	Two ID photographs
•	Two diploma photographs (front, retouched, light gray background, suit or uniform; for men: suit and tie)

It's very important to CIMA Hospital that you be certified, if you are interested in this procedure, you may contact the Nursing Teaching Coordination at 439 2800 ext. 2637, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. where we’ll gladly help you and provide you with the application.
